Mentor provides reverse logistic and repair services to customers. Depending on the service level agreements customers have with their respective suppliers, Mentor will liaise with all parties concerned to turn unused or unable-to-use products to good ones. The re-furbished or repaired products will then be channeled back to the market as soon as possible.
Mentor will provide the warranty information, as listed from the returned goods, to customers to process the necessary warranty claims.
