Order Management and Fulfillment :

Mentor uses IT infrastructures to support back-end needs of customers. Customers collect sales orders and link the sales orders to Mentor. Upon receiving sales orders, Mentor convert them to work orders, build or configure the products per the work orders, and deliver the requested completed products directly to the designated locations. Once the sales orders are fulfilled, signals will be sent electronically or manually to customers to bill their customers.

To allow customers to view the order status, Mentor uploads data at each critical station onto a secured website for customers to access and view. Customers, with the most updated status, are better equipped to push and grow sales.
